      Pros

      I work with a really great team, and I'm learning a lot. Cox is very supportive of their employees, and they definitely believe in developing the skills of their people. The team I work with prioritizes work-life balance and using our unlimited PTO, which is really nice. Also, the benefits are excellent, and the pay is very competitive. I'm looking forward to eventually seeing the campus whenever we go back to in-person work.

      Cons

      My only complaint so far has been the onboarding process. They messed up my start date and my benefits enrollment process because they thought I was formerly a contractor rather than a Cox employee in a different job. I ended up not having my insurance information until almost a month after I started. It could have been a really bad situation, but luckily I had my husband's insurance to cover me. Still a frustrating experience though.

      Strong compensation and benefits, a genuinely collaborative culture, and real opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Smart, supportive colleagues and meaningful exposure to large-scale enterprise programs.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
