Pros
Really put their money where their mouth is when it comes to employees. From the Employee Relief Fund to keeping benefits and wellness at the front... it's nice to see a company that cares.
Cons
When HR doesn't understand what a position is even if it's defined, it is very difficult to get them to pull compensation to match the industry.
