Pros
Cox really does value their people, they have great heathcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and provided flexible work from home options. With a variety of departments and divisions you can grow in your career but move across departments.
Cons
While the company overall is great, some departments are not as great as others. Depending on which department you are in you may not have the ability to jump divisions/departments. Cox also does not promote quickly, it could be years till you can get promoted.
