Pros

Work from home, good pay plan, good PTO plan although most years 50% of PTO was forfeited due to non-use

Cons

Top ATL executives come and go like changing your socks. This creates a serious loss in momentum and morale among field sales people. A large % of regional director level management spawned from the good old boys club...this no longer works. The field deserves to have the best of the best at the regional director level.
