I'm so fortunate I get to work at Cox Enterprises among a talented group of employees committed to doing the right thing. I'm proud to work with a company that has been around since 1898 and is dedicated to it's core business offerings of connectivity and mobility as well as sustainable innovative growth. Cox is clearly committed to providing a rich culture and inspiring and educating it's employees. I also love Cox's commitment to it's communities and the environment such as our companies 34 by 34 and Cox Conserves goals. Management is encouraging and trusting of their employees especially with continuing the Flex Forward benefit. I would highly recommend Cox to a prospective employee. It's a highly collaborative environment where colleagues feel like friends.
