OK Pay Good Benefits Believes in supporting charity and community efforts Nice facilities

Cons

Employees are overworked and the response is always..."Yes so is everyone else' To get ahead it is not your quality of work or your abilities it is 90% your visibility so just be seen a lot . I guess that's not a con because most companies do that.
