Pros
OK Pay
Good Benefits
Believes in supporting charity and community efforts
Nice facilities
Cons
Employees are overworked and the response is always..."Yes so is everyone else'
To get ahead it is not your quality of work or your abilities it is 90% your visibility so just be seen a lot . I guess that's not a con because most companies do that.
Cox Enterprises Response

Thank you for your feedback. Cox believes our employees are our number one resource and feels you need work/life balance in order to come to work recharged and ready to perform. We encourage you to speak with a membership of leadership on your team if you feel you are being overworked in your current role.
Strong compensation and benefits, a genuinely collaborative culture, and real opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Smart, supportive colleagues and meaningful exposure to large-scale enterprise programs.
Cons
Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
