I could write paragraphs about the pros at Cox and how working for Cox has changed my life for the better. The culture here is nothing like I have ever experienced, it's like family. The leaders give you the tools to succeed and always have your best interest at heart. There is also so much potential to grow within your career, sky is the limit here at Cox.
Cons
I can't think of any cons, but I will say being adaptable and being able to build relationships is the key to success.
