Pros
1. The people are what make Adify the best place to work! You can't ask for a better bunch of people to work with. Very competent, talented and friendly. 2. Flexibility - most people who demonstrate the skill and interest are always allowed to take on extra projects other than their day to day work. Another great reason to work for Adify. 3. Communication between teams.
Cons
1. Like every other start up, Adify had its share of rough times. The management was not communicating enough to reassure the employees. This caused a number of people leaving the company and look like things were just falling apart which in actuality it was not. 2. Moving out of the start up culture and trying to act like a big company with unnecessary HR policies, building policies etc.
