They put the crud in a box and label the box crud... They fix it, sometimes... Other times they make it worse... Like choosing WORKDAY
Cons
Not a suitable environment for Neuro diverse employees. Moving up in TA is a popularity contest ONLY. A thought leader will be stifled and pushed out. Poisonous leaders in other groups keep ICs they are threatened by down. Layers of reporting are so dense and poorly understood it is easy to hide crud.
