If you are looking for a wild, fast-paced, do anything you want environment, then this will not be the place for you. Instead, this is an environment that emphasizes personal relationships, thoughtful consensus, and quality execution. There are pockets of innovation, and that is being included into our culture (ie Hack-a-thons, etc.), but that is more of a controlled innovation setting/event than the day-to-day environment.
