Some department leads should follow the example of Alex Taylor who seems to be a fair and just man. This company is riddled with unjust leaders (particularly the leadership in CEI/IBT). If you aren't liked--or part of their introverted clique--it's lights out for you. I also think there may be age concerns. Try to get out of there before your mid-late 50s.
