Pros

Their reputation in ABA is well-known and they're probably the best ABA company to work for in general. They have really good supervisors who generally care about their clients and it's very contagious. The work is life-changing but it is definitely not easy.

Cons

Very very inconsistent hours and thus pay and the company doesn't really do much to help supplement it well. There would be some months Id be working over 40 hours /week and my pay check would be big and other months I'd be basically part time. The inconsistencies make it difficult to live comfortably and the hours could be really long and inconvenient at times.

Pros

Great experience if you want to work with children with complex needs in the future. BCBA’s are helpful.

Cons

It can be a physically and mentally demanding job so always ask for support when you need it.

Pros

• this company seriously advocates for their employees mental wellbeing • they are very attentive to their employees and professional • last minute cancellations are paid for and if you do get a cancellation, there are many many sub sessions that they have that they offer you. It’s not very often where they don’t have a sub session for you to accept. • great communication • amazing compensation for wasted time/drive time/waiting periods/cancellations

Cons

• a lot a lot of driving which can cause that draining feeling • no clinic, session is held in-home • no extra pay for RBTs & they do not pay for you to get your RBT certification but there is an opportunity to apply as a trainer to new employees every 6 months. • not a good work/life balance for me since there’s so much driving • hourly is low but good for a start
