Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you had a positive experience and felt supported by our BCBAs.
• this company seriously advocates for their employees mental wellbeing
• they are very attentive to their employees and professional
• last minute cancellations are paid for and if you do get a cancellation, there are many many sub sessions that they have that they offer you. It’s not very often where they don’t have a sub session for you to accept.
• great communication
• amazing compensation for wasted time/drive time/waiting periods/cancellations
Cons
• a lot a lot of driving which can cause that draining feeling
• no clinic, session is held in-home
• no extra pay for RBTs & they do not pay for you to get your RBT certification but there is an opportunity to apply as a trainer to new employees every 6 months.
• not a good work/life balance for me since there’s so much driving
• hourly is low but good for a start
