      People are helpful, and the company has a strong sense of direction. The culture and values are also well-defined and communicated.

      Cons

      The salary could be improved. Managers are often hired externally without a focus on innovation, seemingly prepared for retirement instead. It appears the company has given preference to external talent over internal, which is a pity.

      Pros

      The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

      Cons

      Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
