Pros

work life balance, nice building, nice bonus

Cons

Too many things to say: 1. Disgusting response to COVID-19, they were obviously not happy about the government forcing people to work from home, and as soon as that was lifted they forced everybody (even those who can work remotely) to go back office. People complained to management and yet they ignored them. Eventually after two months of going back to office they agreed on remote work. 2. CPI is doing really bad right now, it is dying. 3. Crane Resolution is a joke. 4. Zero job security. They fired so many people in big numbers even BEFORE COVID. Almost twice a year they have a bunch of people let go because of "Restructuring", and when COVID hit almost 25% of the work force were let go. More firing is definitely coming. 5. Everyone want to leave, people just waiting for the economy to recover to find another job. 6. HORRIBLE Health insurance, it cost easily double the price of other places, high deductibles and premiums! Won't cover very basic needed prescriptions. Oh, and wait for it they will pay you if you don't join their health insurance! 7. No young blood, new ideas get thrown away. They do things the old fashioned way. 8. No space to grow, don't have a wild dream of being something in CPI, this is a dead end. un

Pros

Great product line up across several industries

Cons

Upper leadership out of touch. Continually cuts people to save money while sacrificing customer support in the process.
