Pros
The fast pace and spending all day with babies makes most days just fly by! Work stress is minimal and the atmosphere is awesome!!! Communication is very highly valued in this company and it is easy to be heard if you simply speak up. The process, although always evolving, is well established and defined for consistency and quality of care.
Cons
Due to rapid growth, there are new needs being identified all the time. If you don't like change, this is not a good fit for you. Also, as silly as it seems, I really wish we had color/design options to offer as this is a really fun aspect of what can be a difficult thing for parents to accept. Opportunities to grow professionally are somewhat limited by the current organization of the company.
