Pros
The front office staff is amazing to work with. They keep spirits up, as well as keep scheduled appointment flowing effortlessly.
Cons
I started through a temp agency and went through the application process. Which resulted in two-phone interviews. My superior was confident in my interviewing abilities as well as my work ethic. After weeks of not hearing back on my phone interviews or even general feedback when I worked there every day- I was let go mid-summer. And the reason I knew I was being let go was that a coworker who leaves early on Fridays left a card on my desk that stated: "We will miss you". And I eventually called my agency to ask why in the world would this company put me through the ringer the way they did. Show up early, open the clinic, stay late. It really doesn't matter to them. If you state you want to pursue school or start a family this company will drop you with a swiftness.
