Pros
The company's work makes a difference. You can't be a part of changing a baby's head shape and not feel like you're doing something worthwhile. Every now and then, the company's management does things to make us feel like our work is appreciated, like sending us girl scout cookies around Christmas time.
Cons
Things are disorganized. We don't hear about changes until they've already happened. When someone leaves our clinic, it takes a long time to replace them assuming they get replaced at all.
