Love Cranial as a company! - Imaging Specialist Cranial Technologies Employee Review

Cranial Technologies is a great company. The work we do with babies is truly amazing. I have been with Cranial for over a year and I love the company. The company is constantly looking at ways to improve for the staff and families. Before anything really goes into place at Cranial, trials are done to make sure that the change would be beneficial to the staff, families and the company. The workload can sometimes be a lot (especially at certain times of the year) but everyone tries diligently to communicate any important information or things that would help make the day go smoother. One thing I cannot stress enough is the staff at Cranial, everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Directly you work with about 3-7 people everyday but there are so many channels to reach out and connect with other staff members at other clinics that are usually willing to help. Cranial does really care about their employees and tries to go the extra mile to show you they care. Overall, I am happy to be apart of Cranial and am excited to continue to grow as an employee of Cranial Technologies.
