Pros
I have been an employee for almost a year and love everything about what I do. Extremely rewarding work, excellent mentoring by senior clinicians, great support when you have questions from upper management. Recently, we were asked to list what we love about our job as well as what we would like to change to make it better. I have had many of these surveys in the passed with no follow through. To my surprise, not even 2 weeks later, we had a conference call with the CEO in which the concerns were brought up and REAL action plans have been in effect ever since to make our work environment better. All the staff I work with is amazing and I have never loved what I do more.
Cons
At times may be stressful because of the high volume however everyone is always helping each other out. I never feel left alone to manage a crazy schedule.
