Pros

People - mainly good peeps Culture - midwestern and friendly Values - see above Bonus structure - works well for most in the company Technology leadership - the top folks are good. Struggles in middle management.

Cons

Lumpy business model Hard to compete with supercomputing / HPC in the cloud Grumpy manager(s) make for a tough work environment Not much room for growth or moving up unless you're in the inner circle of engineering; it's an engineering compay Unknows about HPE acquisition
