Pros
-I think this job would be excellent for people who want an entry point into warehouse area that doesn't use super equipment such as forklifts and other power equipment. -Very nice people everyone is up to helping you.
Cons
-The work benches are to low if your folding shirts if your short I guess its ok but I'm 6'2 and folding shirts on a table thats about 3 and a half feet causes a lot of issues with my back and legs. - I was hired on as a order picker but never got to pick orders even though I have a strong background of picking orders with my prior jobs. - The pay could be better as the shirts are CRAZY over priced even if they are very detailed. -Career opportunities felt very minimal as people that have been there for years are not advancing there positions and the newer people that jump in can't get promoted as much due to there ladder upgrade because some of the others like to just stay at there position.
