Pros
If you like overtime and never want to see your family, this place is great.
Cons
The Dallas location fired all their process engineers and would not hire replacements so no one in the building knew how to program or support any of their equipment. Operators work 12 to 15 hours a day 6 days a week to push out product. Needless to say this causes quality issues. They run very old equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturers and they can't spare parts. They blame the maintenance department when it breaks down but the truth is it's just very old. They were supposed to get new SMT lines but those were sent to another location instead. Upper management is very toxic, there's a lot of back stabbing and finger pointing. People actively lie to cover themselves. Senior leaders criticize and belittle employees but offer no real help to fix problems. In the space of one month the GM quit, the director of HR quit, Engineering director quit and the director of quality quit.
