Pros
When I started the emphasis was on chemistry and culture. I enjoyed the first name basis that we all had and that the GM knew the production team members by name.
Cons
Live and die by numbers and meetings, meetings, meetings . Top down emphasis on inventory turns and levels. Asking to achieve full current customer needs and transform at the same time. High stress and burnout.
