Excellent people and culture inspired by core values. Many opportunities to learn and grow. Customer focused team model breaks down traditional barriers and siloing. A fun place to work and great team dynamics.

Cons

Lower pay, partial benefits, understaffed in areas. Bonuses not guaranteed and no pension plan. High leadership turnover. Uneven work distribution and pay amongst employees for similar jobs and varying experience levels.

None, its a different bipolar experience daily

Cons

Co workers are all bipolar, knit picky, angry and ready to push you under the buses that are driven by leads, managers and Admin. If you like angry bipolar individuals that desperately need medication, thieves, liars and cheaters you will fit right in at this sweat house. No need to watch your back..its already tagged the day you onboard.
