Pros

Benefits. Health Insurance. Paid Time Off. Philanthropic Time Off (1 week per year). Compensation Is Adequate For The Tasks Performed.

Cons

Continuously Short-Staffed. Disconnect Between Operations & Middle-Management. Too Many Managers, Not Enough Employees To Do The Tasks Needed. Most Supervisors Don't Offer Assistance Until There Is An Issue Or Complaint By A Client (Over The Employees). Call-Center, Unless You Are Hourly, Don't Expect Breaks & Lunches To Be a Regular Thing. If You Are In With the "Right" People a Great Deal Of Things Get Overlooked Versus If You Are Not.

Pros

The company was privately held and did an amazing job of being open to innovative ideas and had an entrepreneur spirt. As an employee I always felt like I was valued and that my opinions were being heard, appreciated, and/or used.

Cons

Not paid at fair market value. Benefits could be more desirable.
