Pros
They always have offered Great benefits and do fun stuff for quarterly meetings. Used to be a very family oriented place to work.
Cons
Upper management doesn't have a clue what goes on and doesn't seem to care. Wrong people get promotions and they treat agents better than their own internal staff who do the work to get the agents.
