Pros
Like many other reviews stated, the health benefits are 100% employer paid and the have some other perks. They really nice staff.
Cons
I feel like I was bamboozle...in the interview they talked about the flexibility the company had and how great the culture was in the office. But once I started I saw this was not the case. The management is so micromanaging and the expectation of perfection is so unrealistic. I found it hard to think I could ever be successful in that environment. As I said above, they have really nice staff that works there but part of the Credible way it to be nice...so sometimes it comes across as forced. If you take a travel job there be ready to come out of pocket a few Thousand dollars each month. I asked this question in the interview and got the run around. I feel like I was lied to. They upper management asks for feedback and input but it was clear it was well received. They talked about work life balance, but it was also clear they expected you to work over-time all the time. I was only there a short while. In training they expected you to take things home to work on them. Be ready to read at least 2 books when you start...they won't give you enough time to complete the reading during work hours. If you like Micro management and being evaluated on performance then this job might be a good fit for you. There is a test everyday after the training and a presentation at the end. If you aren't cutting it they will let you go. 2 of the ppl my NEO class (training for new hires) got fired within 2-3 weeks of being there. You can tell many of the current staff member there are not happy and looking for other options. The interview process will make you think they are something different than they are. Listen to your gut, if I had I would not have taken the position.
