Pros
Former employees who leave the company to pursue consulting can be a most valuable return asset. Pay is good too, but you deserve much.
Cons
Worst job I have ever had, No guidance from management, micromanagement is insane, and we do busy work all day. The environment is toxic and demotivating, no one cares about competencies. Almost all experienced, knowledgeable, and talented people have left in the past year leaving room for the young, inexperienced folks who build careers based on politics and loyalties. I wouldn't advise anyone o work here.
