I joined Credit Acceptance over 2 years ago and hope to never leave the company. When I was seeking a new opportunity, I wanted a company that was transparent on their decisions for the future. I can honestly say I know what the companies goals are and how each team members effects each of these goals we are striving to achieve as a team. The company provides a number of channels for team members to provide feedback. These channels help provide process improvement opportunities without feeling like they go unnoticed.
