Best Decision I've Made - BI Analyst Credit Acceptance Employee Review

Coming from a 2 star company, I can't say enough good things about CA. Everyone has been super welcoming and supportive. Workload and timelines are reasonable. I feel like my voice is heard and valued by not only my team, but the company as a whole. CA has several company goals, but you can really tell that their goal of being a Great Place to Work is a priority. Their outreach in the community, benefits, and PRIDE values, all make me proud to say I work at CA.
