Pros

Credit Acceptance may be a large corporation but the climate and culture is tight-knit like a family. Unlike most companies they value their team members opinions and input. They are always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

I have not found any cons with the company.

Pros

This company takes a lot of pride in being on the national list for top 100 best companies to work for. Currently, we are number 18 in the country. The training is top notch. For your first several months, you'll attend various classroom trainings and participate in ride alongs to get a good feel for the role. The company constantly asks for feedback. The starting pay is decent relative to the workload, and there are plenty of benefits from 401k and health to mileage reimbursement and gym membership reimbursement.

Cons

This isn't a con but rather an observation on readiness. This job is not easy. To succeed, you'll need to maintain an extraordinarily positive attitude. You'll live in a world of rejection. You'll need to hustle and grind and stay committed to the process and work hard to see results - that means spending a lot of your time in front of your customers - building relationships and bringing value. I highly recommend having some knowledge or experience of the automotive industry or a deep understanding of b2b sales.
