For your first several months, you'll attend various classroom trainings and participate in ride alongs to get a good feel for the role. The company constantly asks for feedback. This isn't a con but rather an observation on readiness. This job is not easy. To succeed, you'll need to maintain an extraordinarily positive attitude. You'll live in a world of rejection. You'll need to hustle and grind and stay committed to the process and work hard to see results - that means spending a lot of your time in front of your customers - building relationships and bringing value. I highly recommend having some knowledge or experience of the automotive industry or a deep understanding of b2b sales.
