The company itself is a great company and they try to do a good job of taking care of their employees with good benefits etc
Cons
This position is mostly just answering calls back to back from impatient used car salesmen trying to push their deal through the system. Don't expect them to give you a set schedule - you have to be available during a 12 hour period 6 days a week and your schedule will likely not be consistent at all.
