Pros
Crenlo was a great place to work. The engineering staff worked to help others during down times. Project managers were inviting and non-threatening.
Cons
1. The new owners (IES) bagan to put pressure on Crenlo to perform in a down economy which in turn forced layoffs in staff levels. 2. A"good old boys" culture keeps the long term workers together and become untouchable when layoffs come around. Those not in the group usuallyget the boot like me.
