      None. Well pay isn’t bad

      Cons

      Harder you work less they care. Bad attitude and was targeted after I ended up in the hospital and had to file for fmla and then got co vid and was told to take 5 days by dr but I only took 1 due to fever and was fired and told that didn’t matter.

      Pros

      Work together as a team very well. There are issues with producting / scheduling and customer response like any company but everyone pitches in to solve the end problem.

      Cons

      Lots of change - not always waiting for consensus before changing again.
