Pros
Crestron is a great company with strong company spirit and employee loyalty. There are many True Blue Believers working here. The company engineers and sells thousands of products across many vertical markets and as such seems to be able weather market fluctuations without significant overall impact to company growth. It's a stable and fast growing company
Cons
Crestron's consistent year upon year growth results in a faced paced environment where change is inevitable. If you want consistency this may not be for you, but if you thrive in an environment where you can make a difference and affect change, this may be just what you are looking for.
