Pros
The only positive thing I can say is most of the people I work with are very nice.
Cons
only 8 paid holidays per year (most companies have 10). no cafeteria. no gym. need to wait 3 months for medical benefits and then the employee contribution is high. during your first year of employment, you earn 1 vacation day each month but can not use any until month 4. After 1 year, you receive 15 days BUT these are vacation, personal, sick and bereavement all in one so use them wisely! The company NEVER shuts down due to weather conditions so be prepared to work during a blizzard or hurricane or use one of your 15 days. 2 of the 4 buildings in Rockleigh are old and need updating. Since the owner is an engineer the engineering departments can do anything they want; work from home or not work at all.
