Pros

good benefits it terms of medical/dental/ insurance and some discounts on tickets to NYC events.

Cons

10 days paid time off total for all medical/vacation days. horrible work environment with the worst morale I have ever witnessed anywhere. Pretend to be concerned with safety by showing a video and then firing anyone who does not sign a form stating the video is adequate training (it is not). Only offered $20,000 to technician who lost the use of two fingers after electrocuting himself due to inadequate training.. No Scotch tape allowed (too expensive). Micromanaged and totally depressing place in general. PAY WELL BELOW INDUSTRY STANDARDS.VERY HIGH TURNOVER.

Pros

Relaxed. Management understands traditional AV industry is saturated and is trying hard to pivot the company into new direction. Whether it will work or not is to be seen.

Cons

This place really needs to re-evaluate how they hire and retain engineers. Across all disciplines, there are many senior level engineers who have no idea what they are doing. Some lack such basic engineering skills and knowledge which makes one wonder if they had proper higher level education or lied about their past career experiences on their resume. Most of them are genuinely nice people, but they are really dragging down productivity.
