There’s never a dull moment working at Crew. All projects are genuinely interesting and provide plenty of opportunities to learn and take ownership. The team is friendly, approachable, and willing to collaborate when challenges come up. Cross-department teamwork is often what keeps projects moving forward, and there’s a strong sense of wanting to do the right thing.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at times, with a steady backlog and limited internal resources to address it quickly. When staffing needs come up, the preference often leans toward suggesting bringing in third-party solutions rather than building up internal teams. While this provides short-term relief, it can make it harder to maintain consistency and internal expertise. Many employees seem to be stretched thin, which can affect quality and turnaround time.

Weather changes can be difficult but Crew prepares staff for it, both hit and cold.

Pros

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
