-I can’t speak highly enough about my time with Crew so far. I have been with Crew since roughly September of 2025 and have had nothing but a positive experience. From the pay to the work life balance to the culture at my store. I was stuck in a position at a former employer where I felt I had no direction left when Crew reached out to me about a Fast Track Manager program. Since day one I have had every bit of support and help I’ve needed to learn and grow in many ways. -If you’re looking for a company that provides not only financial benefits but a great work life balance and culture look no further. As someone who recently started a family I was able to gain so much time back with my family that I didn’t have before. The culture is something that is unique which was a big piece of why I chose Crew. There is a special fun and friendly environment at my store that keeps me motivated and excited to go into work. I feel like I have a ton of opportunities ahead of me and can’t wait for this journey in my career.

Cons

-There aren’t many cons that I have encountered in my time with Crew. The only few things I would say is you find yourself on your feet for most of your shift so make sure to get comfortable shoes. Also be prepared to work outside a lot in many different temperatures and weather changes. Crew does a very good job about providing you with all types of uniforms/warm weather gear and shoes so you’ll be prepared for your shift. Me personally I don’t mind being on my feet or outside alot because I am a very active person who enjoys the outdoors.

There are lots of pros within this amazing company. If I were to list them all I would be creating a book. Crew isn't just a carwash it's a place you can feel like home. It's a place we're you can be treated as family. It's a place where at the end of your shift when you arrive home you aren't stressed. It's a place where you can show what you are made of. It's a place where overall the company helps you achieve your goals and helps you become a better person every day. Crew has done a lot for me within these 9 months I've been with them. If you're looking for a job that treats you fairly and cares about you, I would choose Crew all the time.

Cons

Crew doesn't have any cons that I can think of in all honesty. Crew has so many opportunities for those who are within the company that it is just amazing how much Crew is growing every year.
