Pros

Leadership does not micromanage. They provide us with the tools necessary to do our jobs and expect us to perform to the highest standards.

Cons

We are co-located throughout the US. This can make communication difficult. In addition, government contracts often create a sense of insecurity for employees employed through those contracts. This can cause a breakdown in the sense of family that is so inherent in CTI's dna.

Staffing was short because it's a contract business so you may work on multiple contracts at the same time.
