Pros

You enjoy coming to work each day because the people you work with are dedicated to accomplishing the job. Even when working geographically displaced from the corporate office, reach back for any assistance is quick and correct. The sense of purpose is evident, and the company always puts the customer first and will explore all options to exceed expectations.

Cons

The company is stove-piped based on the contracts it is working. This is especially true for subject matter experts; however, the company does overcome this by being all in when it comes to team effort.

Great people and excellent family environment. Plenty of opportunities to learn new things

Cons

Staffing was short because it's a contract business so you may work on multiple contracts at the same time.

Great company to bridge that gap between military service and getting a job. They definitely train you and help you out with searching for a job.
