The management looks within for ideas and innovation. It is fun to come to work knowing that you are more than just a drone in the workforce. You have the potential to shape the organization and help it's overall success.

Cons

Continuing to pursue DoD contracts exclusively limits the scope of the organization's potential. The solutions in place could help in the civilian business sector as well. Why constrain your talent?

Staffing was short because it's a contract business so you may work on multiple contracts at the same time.
