Good start for Associate/Junior/Intro Some Holidays off. Flexible hours with work from home.

Cons

Government jobs just let go of people every year, might as well be a contract job. Removed good Leads and forced unfit Leads to take over causing more chaos and panic. They do not care for people's growth, nor was any possibility of growth visibly attainable.

Staffing was short because it's a contract business so you may work on multiple contracts at the same time.
