- Leadership team is full of incompetent hypocrites - eg. The Senior Leadership lives in California and flies business class to show their faces in the office once a month and then insist that their employees show up twice a week even if they're unwell. And then have the gall to claim that frugality is part of their values. - In the last year the few competent leaders have already left the company, and more continue to leave every week. - Leadership continues to make stupid decisions such as limited uploads, even when warned by the employees - This year all employees got a terrible bonus (<3%) because market, revenue etc., but they decided to award a dividend, effectively giving the CEO a $10Million bonus and several hundred thousands to other execs. Also consider that they laid off several people in the same year. This to me feels like a sinking ship mentality where the leadership is stuffing their pockets as much as they can before everything else goes down. - No reduction in workload after layoffs, which means you must overwork for the same pay
