I worked in the Program Delivery Team for 2.5 years where the original team was great My RM always gave great freedom in pursuing meaningful initiatives, allowed me to disagree with higher-ups and I learnt a lot overall on the workings of Customer Success. My RM was committed to holding onto good talent. He gave me a 150% salary hike in 2 years and I was not alone, many of the people in his team stayed for as long as they could because he knew how to take care of them.

Cons

Exit management is severely broken Over 4.5 months since my exit, my Full & Final settlement is still not credited It took multiple follow-ups in 4 months just to receive an experience letter which is literally just a pre-decided template and a company header. HR told me once that I would get my FnF at around the 6 month mark, after that, completely stopped replying to my emails. No FnF breakup shared. No settlement timeline provided. No acknowledgements to repeated emails. Ex-employees have informed me that pre-notice arrears and earned leaves are not even included in the FnF that they credit after 6-7 months. While I worked there, HR would give useless reasons as to why a salary was delayed such as Bank server issues. (HDFC Bank doesn't face server issues crediting salaries to companies with 10000+ employees but this 250-odd member org somehow faced issues. We employees hadn't received our PF for nearly 2 years and were never given direct answers regarding it. Most other ex-employees are facing this issue of not getting their FnF credited until 6-7 months pass or sometimes more if we are not on-their-heads.

* Exit process lacks transparency and timeliness, especially with Full & Final settlements. * Delays in F&F processing and pending bonus payouts can be frustrating for employees leaving the organization. * Communication from HR during the exit process could be much more proactive and clear. * Repeated follow-ups may be required to get updates on settlement status and final payout breakup. * Employee offboarding experience needs significant improvement in terms of responsiveness and accountability.
