Worst company to work at - Anonymous employee Crio.Do Employee Review

This is the worst possible company. They are all young people and they micromanage and if you're trying to streamline any process they will take the access from you and simply put you in another team, and make you work for 6 days and Sunday is rotational and there is no benefits at all, no flexibility, no work from home , can take only 1 leave in a month, in this company they simply care about users retention ( that to I heard from several people the quality is not upto the mark) No employee benefits at all. The basic office facilities like, the coffer machine is broken, there is no water in the washroom and it's stinking always, like they're broken commodes outside the company and they don't keep their surroundings clean in office. To be honest nothing but a toxic work environment
