Nothing at all, not even bare minimum. Maybe buttering up the manager works well. Good for internships only.

Unrealistic work pressure. Irrelevant training and unfair regulations are implemented often. Worst exit formalities, every exit is a trauma. PF and FnF settlement done on their own will. Micromanaged. HRs give false hope and information.
