      Pros

      Company car, and gas card. That's the only advantage but you pay for it out of automated deductions from payroll.

      Cons

      They are a literal joke. They micro manage every move by GPS tracking on your car and your cell phone and iPad . They send you leads, most are useless. They want to instill fear on your customers to pay for overpriced services.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Fun job.

      Cons

      Technicians get over worked. Toxic environment to address concerns. When I moved to management I was work 16+ hours a day and was talked down to whenever I tried solving the over working issues. Too much focus on "completing tickets" even though half of work isn't properly sold or even completed. Insult to injury, after I was politely asked to leave, I encountered a rumor from my former manager that I was an alcoholic.
